A calm, supportive space—just for you
Working from the beautiful South Devon town of Dartmouth I have spent several years creating crafts and honing the skills required to help you gently reconnect with yourself through art. These one-to-one sessions are designed around you—your energy, your goals, your week. Whether you’re on autopilot or craving purpose beyond the daily grind, this is your hour to slow down, manage stress, and leave with a simple plan that helps you feel present after work and even helps to protect your evenings.
Why it works
Manage your stress, don’t mask it
Therapeutic art settles your nervous system so clear thinking returns when you need it most.Turn noise into focus
Light, hands-on practices clear mental clutter and reduce decision fatigue.Leave with boundaries
Every session ends with a small, doable 3-step plan that protects your evenings and supports work–life balance.
Not talk therapy. Not messy crafts. Evidence-aware, practical coaching for busy professionals who are juggling a family and a career.
What you’ll get
A calmer body and clearer head
A realistic 3-step plan you’ll actually use this week
Practical resilience tools you can reuse between sessions
Work–life boundaries that help you leave work at work
How sessions are structured
(flexible by design)
Arrive & ground — a short settling practice to regulate your system.
Choose your focus — we’ll pick one priority (energy, clarity, boundaries, creativity).
Guided creative practice — options matched to your mood and goals (e.g., mindful ink lines for focus, soft watercolour wash for nervous-system downshift, collage for values/decision clarity).
Light reflection — capture insights without over-talking it.
Your 3-step plan — one boundary, one focus task, one self-support action.
Close well — a 60-second reset you can repeat at home.
In-person (Dartmouth, South Devon) or online via Zoom. Materials provided for in-person; simple home setup for Zoom.
