This printable course has been carefully created to help you and your child/ children

enjoy some calm, creative time together—away from screens and full of

meaningful moments. Over the next 6 weeks, you’ll explore simple craft

activities designed to gently support emotional wellbeing, build resilience,

and encourage strong connections.

Each activity is easy to follow, developmentally appropriate and inspired

by real art therapy techniques. You don’t need to be “crafty” or artistic to

enjoy it—just curious, calm, and willing to give it a go.
